How long will my application take?
Your application should take half an hour. However you can always save your details and come back to it at a later date if you do not have all your information.
Don’t forget to 'submit' your application once you have completed it.
How do I search for a vacancy?
Searching for a vacancy is easy. Simply select a town, county or keyword to keep your search as relevant as possible for your requirements. And remember, if you don’t find anything the first time, try broadening your search criteria.

Attaching a C.V.
You will be given the opportunity to easily attach a C.V. to either an application or when registering your interest.

Do you meet our basic criteria?
You need to:
- Have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Be over the age of 16.
- Agree to us carrying out a personal vetting check on you.
Do you have the right information to apply online?
You will need the following information to complete your online application.
- A valid email address, contact telephone number and postal address.
- Your National Insurance (NI) Number.
- Your personal details.
- If you are using the 'Refer a Friend' scheme, the external HBOS e-mail address of the colleague referring you.
