As a member of the scheme you pay contributions into your individual retirement account and HBOS makes additional contributions on your behalf.  How much you contribute is up to you, a level 1-4 colleague will begin paying 4% contributions and will benefit from HBOS contributing 6% into your retirement account. You can increase or decrease your contributions at any time.

Life Assurance – you’ll receive a lump sum of four times your salary for nominated beneficiaries.
