Basic Salary
Every Area Sales Manager has a competitive basic salary.
Bonus Scheme

Free Shares
Free shares based on up to 5% of salary & held in trust for 3 years. After 3 years you can sell the shares or wait an extra 2 years and sell them tax-free. You earn dividends while the shares are in trust.

Pension Scheme

How much you contribute is up to you, a level 1-4 colleague will begin paying 4% contributions and will benefit from HBOS contributing 6% into your retirement account.
