Sales & Service Manager

An overview of the role

This is a hands-on operational role, where you'll focus on coaching your branch team to deliver sales while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Other key responsibilities

Essentially a role model for sales practices and techniques, you'll continually monitor the performance of your team, offering advice on how they can improve their skills. You'll also work with the branch manager to create a high energy, ‘sales through service' culture that will bring rewards for the whole team.

The skills and experience you'll need

An excellent motivator and leader, you'll have a track record of delivering sales, both personally and through a team. You'll need to be the sort of person who rises to demanding targets rather than shrinking away from them. And you shouldn't be afraid of rolling your sleeves up and working alongside your branch team to meet and exceed those targets.
