An overview of the role
Based in one of our estate agency branches, you’ll talk to customers about our products and services and help them find the right one for their needs. It’s all about finding a balance between delivering the highest standards of customer service while also looking for opportunities to sell products to help the branch meet its sales targets. You will also have the facility to offer customers further professional advice provided by our mortgage adviser and personal financial adviser.
Other key responsibilities
As well as focusing on your own sales performance, you’ll motivate and provide direction for the agency customer advisers and home moving advisers so they can generate quality sales leads. To ensure we remain ahead of our competitors you’ll need to keep a close eye on their offerings and make sure you highlight the benefits of our products in comparison.
The skills and experience you’ll need
- Communciates effectively when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Has the ability to coach colleagues to achieve quality lead generation.
- Can build relationships easily.
- It is essential that you have gained experience of selling products and services.
- It is preferred that you have experience of generating sales face to face or over the phone.
- A good team player.
