Agency Customer Adviser

An overview of the role

You'll welcome customers to the agency provide them with a banking facility and offer them advice on our products and services. A key part of your role will be to generate quality leads for the Agency Banking Adviser, PFAs and mortgage advisers in your agency. So you'll need to look out for opportunities to refer customers to them for more information about a specific products or services.

Other key responsibilities

You'll also act as a keen advocate of the Halifax brand, and you'll play an important role in helping us to build long-term relationships with our customers. You will need to be customer driven and sales focused, achieving the right balance between helping to generate new sales for the branch and delivering the highest standards of customer service.

To ensure we remain ahead of our competitors you'll need to keep a close eye on their offerings and make sure you highlight the benefits of our products in comparison.

  • The motivation to help your team achieve its goals, which will earn you bonuses and incentives in return.

What we'll give you in return
