There are a number of roles in each branch, including a managing partner, estate agency partner, home moving advisers, valuer, mortgage adviser, agency banking adviser and agency customer advisers. The aim is to make buying and selling homes as easy as possible and delivering sales by meeting the customer requirements whilst providing the highest level of customer service. That involves everything from offering customers a free financial review to arranging the appropriate legal work to get sales and purchases moving quickly.
