The teams benefit from high-profile advertising campaigns (which drive customers into our branches) and have customers recommended to them by branch colleagues. They also have direct access to our unrivalled customer base - an amazing 22 million people in the UK alone. Our PFAs therefore have every opportunity to generate their own leads, an important skill of successful PFAs.
