Senior Personal Financial Adviser

An overview of the role

Working alongside your Area Manager, you'll coach and mentor less experienced Personal Financial Advisers (PFAs) within your team, you'll provide practical support to help them deliver outstanding sales performance. You'll also concentrate on building relationships with your own customers by offering them expert advice on a range of products that are as competitive and comprehensive as any in the industry.

Other key responsibilities

To help your branch meet its business objectives, you'll need to coach your colleagues to recognise situations where they could recommend customers to you for more information about our products. You'll also work closely with the Area Manager to develop sales plans for both you and the PFAs you support.

The skills and experience you'll need

  • You'll be able to demonstrate previous experience as a PFA.
  • Fully FPC or CeFA Qualified
  • Relevant professional qualifications (FPC 3 or CeFA 3).
  • A background of delivering high sales performance while maintaining excellent standards of customer service.
  • Good planning, administration and organisational skills.
  • The ability to coach and motivate others to achieve their potential.
